I'm a user experience leader with nearly 20 years of experience helping companies build products people actually love to use.
I've led remote, multinational UX teams across healthcare technology, enterprise SaaS, and B2B and consumer markets — spanning product design, content design, UX research, and localization.
My work sits at the intersection of user advocacy and business strategy: I partner with product, engineering, and executive leadership to translate research into vision, and vision into shipped experiences.
I've built UX research functions from scratch, scaled design systems across acquisitions, launched products in global markets, and guided teams through the kind of organizational change that tests everyone's resilience.
My path to UX wasn't a straight line — and that breadth is part of what I bring. I started in traditional print design and moved through online advertising, digital marketing, and web design before landing in UX, accumulating nearly 20 years of experience along the way. I've worked both in-house and in agency environments across a wide range of industries, including advertising, financial services, healthcare, and SaaS, in both consumer and B2B markets. That range informs how I lead: with curiosity, rigor, and a deep belief that good design is good business.
Leadership Experience
Managing remote and hybrid multinational teams of Product Designers, Content Designers, Researchers, and Localization specialists across multiple products and user types
Leading large-scale, high-visibility design projects and product launches from discovery through concept to shipped experience
Leading cross-functional workshops to generate ideas, align stakeholders, and build shared product vision
